Description

it looks like this creates two projects, creates a subtask of one,
then tests to see if it's a subtask of both.

that's not what the name suggests it's testing.

We can maybe rename this one and then create a new test (that attempts to attach one subtask to multiple projects) when we create a negative testing suite.
