Description

AS A USER I WANT TO BE ABLE TO filter for tasks with
no commitment, commitment within time range, soft commitment (by timeframe)

This is a commitment-focused element though, not a task-focused one.
I'll want the same basic functionality for anything that can have commitments.
EG I'll want to view metrics on skipped sessions etc.
