Description

After editing and saving changes to a report, the session list disappears.

likely a product of the patch endpoint not having any kind of query param for including commitments.

But that's fine, it shouldn't. We should just hold onto the commitment list that was present before the edit/save action was completed. Patching a report should be naive about commitments.
